Discipleship Groups (D-Groups)

“Jesus’ final words should be our first priority” – Robby Gallaty

A Discipleship Group (D-Group) is unique weekly closed group of 3-5 men/women by invitation of a group leader that meet for the purpose of reading through the Word, memorizing scripture, and holding each other accountable as followers of Christ with the expectation of being disciples who make disciples.  Groups commit to faithfulness to the group for typically one year.  Groups form in the fall and typically begin meeting and reading the first or second week in January.
D-Groups read through the same yearly reading plan, the F-260 plan.  The F-260 plan is a two hundred and sixty-day reading plan that highlights the foundational passages of Scripture that every disciple should know.  The plan expects believers to read 1 or 2 chapters a day for 5 days each week. The 2 off-days a week are built-in so you may catch up on days where you’re unable to read In order to digest more of the Word.  Group members respond to the Word and keep a HEAR Journal (highlight, explain, apply, respond) each week as they digest and apply God’s Word.
