Pastor Jon graduated from Carson Newman College with a major in Religion and received his Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Pastor Jon has over 30 years of pastoral experience. Pastor Jon and Jennifer are natives of East Tennessee and have two sons and a granddaughter.

Karl has served in ministry for seventeen years. Before serving as Care Pastor at Ridgeview he served as a senior pastor for three churches and as a chaplain for a hospice in Kingsport Tennessee.
